Sad song/ angry/ emotional?

Okay, I don't mean a sad soppy song, sure they get me crying but i
want one that shows how i feel. Like everythings been bottled up and
you just cry and scream and let it go, that kind of song not like a
sad song a song that displays/is that sadness. Preferably not about
love and not country. One that really hits that angry mark (release)
but also the saddness?
I'm more sad at parents and general stuff :)
