What is this song's title?

I was in my Martial Arts class earlier and it was after class so a
person played a song. I fell in love with it but I don't know what the
song title is. I can only remember parts of the lyrics --- very few.

This is a long shot but the lyrics that I remember are

"I wanna tell her she's beautiful....perfect....something in that
dress."

Someone please tell me you know a song...It's either pop rock or a hip
hop type ish song.
